Baseball is here!!!!

No pictures just an update. We have started baseball with a tournament. Dakota is playing in Fountain City this weekend. We started on Friday night with a game at 6:00. It was a our teams first game as a kid pitch team and we you are playing the home team with their umpires it is a little hard. We hang with them pretty good, but we learned a lot...... But most importantly Dakota played and stood the the batters box and got walked and we played for the first time with no FACE MASK in the nose. Jacob and Aaron he is holding strong with the #21. He is wearing it proudly. He tells everybody he is number 21. We lost 5-3. Thanks Nana, Mindy, KK, Meg, Kylah, Memaw and Papaw for coming. The first thing he wanted to know if anyone was coming to watch his game tomorrow.

Saturday morning we started off at the ball field at 10:00 a.m. We get there and we are running almost an hour behind. But what fun to seat at the ball field on a beautiful Saturday. We lost again on Saturday but it was 7-6. We return to the field again tomorrow if it is not raining at 9:15 for a 10:00 ballgame.

Next weekend, we are off to the UT Baseball game to go on the field with the players and warm up with them. Then the season starts for McKenzie and Dakota.

Please think about Dakota this week he has his first TCAP tests and he is nervous.
