Birthday Week!

Well, I am a little late this week but, better late than never right.

Keith's 35th Birthday was Wednesday, because of the weather we had dinner at his mom's with Tim, Jamie and BB. Sorry Aaron you were snowed in at Mamaw Bonnie's so we had dinner without you. LOL

Okay, I have been struggling with Blogger over the last week. I cannot get my pictures to upload from my folder. So here is an update on the Trents.


New Year's Day we spent at Dollywood with The Cawoods. Ellie loves driving the cars granted she needs to learn to stay in the track a little better.

We are in the middle of basketball season. Dakota's team is 4-2 on the season. McKenzie's age group does not keep score but his team is doing well. He had 5-6 buckets this past Saturday.

Last weekend we had Mr. Tim's surprise 40th birthday party. He had not clue.

Last weekend was also Michelle's birthday. Happy 17th Birthday Chell Girl!

This past weekend was Jacob's 18th birthday. Wow! I remember him coming home from the hospital and his first birthday. I am beginning to feel really old.

New Year's Eve at Susan and Gregs

On New Year's Eve we gather at Susans for a little food and game night. We were playing Scene It! TV Edition and this in Nana guess from the back Hill Street Blues the only problem she was not on a team at this point. She quickly joined in......

Ellie and Kaitlyn were having their own game night. They were playing Pretty Pretty Princess.

Sunday we finally made it to Sharps Chapel ....Wow what a drive.. (Just kidding, Melissa) Jennah and Jaiden had their birthday party at the school and as you can see we had a little basketball game going on. I think there was a little height advantage.

Christmas Morning!!!!! Santa has come

Christmas morning Dakota is always the first one up and he knows the rule that you cannot open presents until everyone is up. So, very quickly he wakes Ellie and McKenzie up. Here is Ellie with her 4-wheeling goggles.

Christmas Eve with the Chandlers

C hristmas Eve traditions.....As long as, I know of the Chandler's have celebrated Christmas together. Things have changed a lot of the years, but a lot of memories have also been made through the years. A couple of Christmas Eve that really stand out are now that I am older. The last Christmas that we celebrated with Mimi here Monica and I got a quilt for Christmas because we were the only married two. I am sure that Monica still has her too. I know where it is put up of course. I also really remember the Christmas of 1999. Got Pappaw a surivial box. With several packs of Pall Mall no filter cigs and alot of his favorites. We now have to make Christmas memories without Mimi and Pappaw but we still alway reflect back it seems like.
